Project description: The aim of the project is to promote a bottom-to-top commitment to democracy by establishing dialogue and cooperation between regional civic groups and officials. This is to ensure the opinions of the regional civil society actors are taken into account not only within their community but also among political actors. The project also incorporates advocacy and lobbying for public interest.
