"Decentralization" package of recommendations

To sum up the results of the previous regional and Yerevan discussions on decentralization and consolidation issues and apply the obtained information in the practical field a package of recommendations was elaborated in the framework of “Participatory Democracy in Action” project. 

The project aims to promote the effective engagement of civil society actors in the development processes of the public administration and democratic systems to increase their influence at all stages of the policy cycle in Armenia. “Participatory democracy in action” project is implemented within the collaboration of “Political dialogue”, “Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center Armenia” (TIAC) and “Martuni Women’s Community Council” NGOs with the financial support of the European Union.
